This place is everything you want in your holiday at Oaxaca. The service is another level. The staff is incredibly friendly, waiters at the restaurant are extremely friendly, welcoming, accommodating and always with a great attitude to make your stay super pleasant. The rooms are confortable , spacious , beautiful and well curated as all the rest of the hotel’s decoration. The only but, is that you can’t open the windows and sometimes the room can get very warm (if you are not a friend of aircon and fans). The food from the restaurant is amazing, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Super recommended place to stay!!! Thank you to the Naura team for make our stay super pleasant.

I stayed here Christmas 1997 with my parents. Even though it was 28 years ago, I have great memories of staying here. It was fun to explore the area to see if I could find the hotel and I did! I remember having the most amazing corn soup and also remembered visiting at the same time Jimmy Carter and his family stayed here! Unfortunately, we didn’t see them but have fond memories of this hotel!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, and excellent staff. Super attentive, helpful whenever you need. And they get you fresh filtered water whenever you call. The hotel is a stunning hacienda like style, and you are walking distance to everything. We even did a few tours that went outside the city and the hotel is close to meeting points. I felt like an old hollywood starlet staying here, and I will go back whenever I return to oaxaca

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Oaxaca -Hotel Boutique Na'ura Centro! Staying at Hotel Boutique Na'ura Centro was a perfect base for our unforgettable trip to Oaxaca. Its location is simply unbeatable—just two blocks from the bustling Zócalo Square and Oaxaca Cathedral, with the stunning Templo de Santo Domingo and vibrant markets like Benito Juárez all within a leisurely 10-minute walk. Housed in a beautifully restored colonial building with deep historical roots dating back to the early 20th century, the hotel exudes authentic Oaxacan charm. The inner courtyard is a true highlight: a tranquil, plant-filled haven with a retractable roof that shields you from sun or rain, making it the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. There's even a very pleasant bar room on site. Breakfast at the on-site La Asunción restaurant was excellent with varied options. Just watch out very carefully for milk content in most breads if you're vegan or intolerant, and that most of the dinner options also contain dairy (even the mole sauce). The lovely small pool was great after hot days wandering the city—small but refreshing, with a few loungers. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day. Our upper corner room facing the street was spacious, bright & airy, with views of the street that let us people-watch from our window. The bed was comfortable and we very much appreciated the in-room Nespresso machine (with 4 complimentary pods each morning)- a morning perfect espresso kickstart. The restaurant, doorman, reception staff and above all the manager were highly professional and kind. Oaxaca itself is not to be missed, a beautiful, vibrant city with excellent cuisine, and warm people make it an absolute must-see destination that shouldn't be missed. A special shoutout to the excellent and reliable taxi driver Xavier the hotel organized for our day trip to Tolacula market. We'll be back to Na'ura Centro without hesitation—it's the perfect blend of history, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent! Great location, right in the center of walking distance activities. The textile museum just right across the street. Surrounded by great cafes and restaurants and a famous market. Lovely interior design, clean, all staffs are friendly and nice. The hotel restaurant is lovely, the food is delicious. The hotel cafe has great vibe, coffee and bakeries is excellent. Highly recommended.

This is a review for the restaurant only—This restaurant located inside a hotel became our go-to for breakfast and coffee/fresh juices. Always had space and very reasonably priced, with clean upstairs bathrooms. It was one of the few places that offered healthy/vegetarian-friendly options, with a variety of omelet options. Service was great (gracias Jordan and others!), presentation and taste wonderful, and plenty of options for our 6 family members. The green juice is made-to-order and can be modified to-taste. Recommended!

Great location. Rooms are nice and very clean. The staff go out of there way to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. My 8 month old daughter got spoiled by the staff. I will stay here next visit!
